Severa presents Os Ridiculos to the censors

With the advent of war came stricter censorship. 'Severa' is the name of the cat who was one of the regular characters in the cartoons in this publication, and it has, it would appear, persuaded the censors its newspaper can't be cut like the rest (which are lying on the floor).
